1:00.4	That's so true. I mean, why do they tell you you're important? You're obviously not important.
1:05.9	Right. Or they'd have a human answer. Yeah. Or at least a, you know, pretty good AI.

1:15.0	Yeah, you know, customer service is, uh, it is a minefield of grievances.
1:22.0	It really is. It's like the TSA of the phone. And I have to say, I've been at my worst as a human being when I am on the phone with customer service.
