Welcome to the Dr. Berg's Healthy Kito and Interminute fasting podcast, where Dr. Berg takes you on the journey for the truth about getting healthy and losing healthy weight. So I want to talk about ketones in your brain. Your brain actually does not need to adapt to

0:50.2

ketosis. Let's say you have this idea that you want to start the ketogenic diet and you start getting

0:55.7

brain fog and someone tells you well that's because you're in the transition phase and it takes a while to transition into full ketosis. Okay? Now that's

So keytones come from endogenous sources,

2:08.9

which means that your body can make them
