Summary
In this episode of Unlocked, Savannah sits down with Dr. Christina Rahm for a conversation that goes far beyond surface-level health and wellness. From personal loss and life-altering diagnoses to building a global mission rooted in helping others, Dr. Rahm shares the moments that completely shifted the way she sees the world and her purpose in it.
What unfolds is an honest and sometimes uncomfortable look at the systems we trust with our health. Savannah and Dr. Rahm talk through everything from food quality and environmental toxins to the questions people are often too afraid to ask about medicine, prevention, and personal choice. It’s not about having all the answers. It’s about being willing to question what doesn’t sit right.
Savannah opens up about her own experiences navigating the healthcare system, the pressure to follow the status quo, and the importance of listening to your instincts even when it’s unpopular. Together, they explore how physical health, mental health, and environment are all deeply connected, and why more people are starting to wake up to that reality.
This episode is a reminder that your body isn’t something to ignore or override. It’s something to understand, protect, and advocate for.
