Jesus didn't come to save and restore only part of us. He came to

restore our whole entire being. We are spirit. We have a soul. We live in a body. Each needs proper care in order for us to live an

abundant healthy life. Now here's Joyce with today's teaching.

All right open up your Bible to First Thessalonians,

chapter 5 and verse 23.

Father, we thank you for the word today

and just need a lot of grace today

on me as a speaker and on those that are listening in Jesus name.

Well, I'm doing a series this weekend about how to be healthy, spirit, soul, and body. Jesus didn't just come for a part of us. He came

to restore the whole entire being. And in first of us only is 523, it says, now may the God of peace himself

sanctify you through and through, separate you from profane things, make you pure and wholly consecrated to God.

And may your spirit and your soul and your body, please notice, your spirit, your soul, and your body be found preserved sound and complete

and found blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Now, I think a lot of times that we think that our bodies are just ours to do whatever we want to with,

and we just think we can abuse them and mistreat them and do whatever we want to do and it just doesn't matter.

But I want to tell you that it does matter.

And last night we talked about spiritual wholeness.

I told you I wasn't going to tell you what I was going to teach in each session because I know people might think well I don't think I need that one.
