You know something I despise is regret.

I don't think there's anything worse than making bad decisions and more bad decisions and more bad decisions and then getting to the point where you have a lot of bad results and then just regretting that you didn't do what you should have done.

You know, Jesus always liked that He sold His birthright to Jacob and the Bible says that later on He regretted the decision that He made but He then had no opportunity to go back and reclaim that birthright.

Thankfully, we can turn things around.

Because I'm going to tell you today, even if you feel lousy, every good decision you make helps undo the results of bad decisions that you've made in the past.

So don't ever think it's too late for you to change.

It's never, that is the biggest lie of Satan. It is never too late to do anything right. Right now is the right time to start doing what's right.

Man, I've had some revelations in my life in the last few years. I used to think people were talking a foreign language, tweets and twitters and you know, snap chats and selfies.

I said, good grief. People spend half their day taking pictures of themselves now and I spent 40 years teaching people to die to self.

I tried that twice and I just look really strange. It just doesn't.

I beg of you to make a decisive dedication of your body is presenting all your members. Spirit, soul, body, mind, will, emotions.

I'm going to tell you what I'm doing under God, which is your reasonable service and spiritual worship. Can I just tell you five things that you could do that will improve your health?
