Hello and how you doing, EC. I've got a level blood sugar right now. Congratulations. I was what we're going to talk about today. We're going to talk about five surprising facts. Oh, we are. Okay. What a coincidence. It's almost like you didn't know. surprising facts around blood sugar from crashes to what qualifies as low blood sugar to whether spikes can cause weight gain or not. Yes, sounds good. I guess so. Let's just jump right in. Let's maybe do this is one of those subjects that like everybody says like, oh, blood sugar, spikes, crashes, but nobody really knows what it means. So maybe let's do some background. What is blood sugar? What are we talking about? Why does it matter? Yeah, I mean, I think this is one of these things that just keeps like coming around on the internet and everyone's like just keeps talking about blood sugar.
