Hello, my friends. Welcome back to level up. If you are here for the first time, welcome.

0:41.4

Today, we're going to be talking about something that honestly, for the most part, nobody really wants to admit.

0:49.6

But everyone at some point deals with this at some level.

0:55.4

And what we're going to talk about today is the addiction to comfort.

1:28.7

business. I'm enjoying my life. I'm enjoying this season. And there's nothing wrong with enjoying.

1:35.4

Okay. But here's the truth. Comfort can quietly become the ceiling of your life. And seeing that you're here to level up your life, we're going

1:47.9

to address this. And it is because, not because comfort is bad, but because if you stay in it

1:55.0

too long, you know what it does? It begins to decide who you become and where you go. So some of the things I

2:04.6

want to touch on today is how comfort becomes addictive. Why high achievers are especially vulnerable.

2:13.2

So I'm talking to me. I'm talking to you because we're all vulnerable. Some of the signs that you might

2:19.2

be stuck in comfort, like you might be thinking, oh, that's not me, but maybe it is you right now.

2:24.6

And we're going to talk about how to break it, like without just completely disrupting your

2:32.0

whole life or feeling burnout, but just really ending the comfort.
