0:30.6	Now, when we talk like this, it sounds very big, which it is, and it sounds potentially
0:36.8	scary. It can create fear. It can create that
0:40.4	sense of overwhelm and, oh, no, oh no, the sky is falling. But what I want to offer you is a more
0:48.3	empowering perspective because there is so much about this change that is perhaps necessary, that we are ready for,
1:00.0	that is perhaps right on time, perfectly timed for humanity's next best steps. So I would like to offer you some ways to be in charge of your
1:17.1	energy that make you feel powerful, that connect you with your soul's vibration, that connect you
1:25.5	with your soul's mission, and that remind you of your choices
1:30.5	because it's so normal in our human selves to go into some of these fears, the potentials,
1:39.9	all the things that are collapsing in the 3D.
1:44.6	And we have to then remind ourselves to rise up,
1:49.6	step up into a higher perspective,
1:53.0	a deeper place of trust and faith,
1:56.9	as well as rise up to the higher understanding of what is necessary to unfold,
2:05.1	what is necessary to collapse, to destruct, to disintegrate,
2:10.2	because there are energies that have been on the planet that have served their purpose.
