from the ballot.

It was almost laughable.

Read Article, the 14th Amendment, clause 3.

And it doesn't say the word president.

The people who drafted the 14th Amendment intentionally took the president out of Clause 3. It was there and they took it out.

So even if Trump did, or even if someone, anyone, but even if Trump did lead an insurrection,

which of course January 6 was, but even if he did did he could still be eligible to run for president again because that's the

word president is not in that amendment says electors to the president but not the president himself

so he filed one of the briefs uh in support of of trump in that regard so it was great to talk to him

and just it's great to read the Constitution word,

you know, every word and define the words
