| 1:12.7 | with the problem. Why is it that young voters have just been voting in lower |
| 1:17.4 | numbers than other of their age groups? Well, registration is the first hurdle, |
| 1:21.2 | obviously. And I mean, I guess we should just start from the very beginning, |
| 1:25.2 | which is like the United States is one of the few democratic nations that |
| 1:28.7 | requires people to register. And if you're young, you know, you don't interact |
| 1:33.1 | with the government a lot. So this might be the first time that you have to fill |
| 1:36.8 | out paperwork and go through a government process. And that could be either, |
