As Donald's growing instability collides with a Congress full of leaders who can't meet the moment,

voters are turning towards something radically different,

competence, clarity, and people who actually know how to do the job.

With Zoran Mamdani's win in New York City,

electrifying younger voters and pulling youth culture deeper into politics, the contrast has never been

sharper. From Donald's inability to explain why doctors ordered an MRI, while he continues to brag about

acing basic cognitive assessments, to the dysfunction on Capitol Hill, American voters are desperate

for new leaders who not only understand the fight we're in,

but are willing and able to wage it. As voters make it increasingly clear that they're

tired of old guard politicians and the political status quo, the tide may be turning.

In New York, mayor-elect Zoran Mandani won that race with over 50% of a vote, no small feat in a three-way race.

At age 34, he will be the youngest mayor in New York City in over a century.

You broke a lot of new ground last night.

First Muslim mayor of New York, first Democratic Socialists,

first mayor to win more than a million votes in, what, three decades, youngest mayor in more

than a century. So what is the message and the mandate behind that? The message is about transforming

the most expensive city in the United States of America into one that's affordable for each

and every New Yorker. And what New Yorkers across the five boroughs gave us last night was a mandate to pursue the most ambitious affordability agenda the city has seen since the days of Fiorella LaGuardia. And it's time that we start to deliver it. Well, let's dig into that because you're talking about a rent-free, you're talking about free buses, you're talking about free childcare. Can you do that without raising taxes? I think you can do that, and I think you have to raise taxes on the top 1% of New Yorkers. New Yorkers who make more than a million dollars a year, and you do that by raising taxes by them 2%. And then you also increase the corporate tax of New York State to match that of New Jersey. So that takes us from about 7.25 to about 11.5 percent, which is what we see in

New Jersey. These things together raise about $9 billion, which more than pays for our economic
