Ends up in an institution where he's getting heavily medicated. He's fighting mental

Shockwaves that are like trying to drag him down, but at the same time is trying to do the right thing

So he goes through this battle

Goes his side himself confronts his demons and now he's out on the streets

Helping the homeless people going up and down the country
