And that does factor into our decision-making process when on the clock in a Dynasty

rookie draft.

Is it the end-on BL?

No, but it's certainly a piece of the puzzle.

So I'll discuss the youngest upcoming rookies of note, as well as the oldest. Not all prospects, but a few
