Summary

Most of us wouldn’t drink from a dirty cup — but we still expect God to pour fresh blessings into unclean vessels. In this message, Eric challenges a hard truth: freedom doesn’t remove contamination — instructions do. God isn’t withholding His presence. He’s protecting it. This sermon unpacks why so many people feel free but still stuck, how impatience, insecurity, overthinking, jealousy, and strife quietly contaminate our lives, and why immediate obedience is often the reset we’re praying for. If you’re asking: “Why am I still stuck?” “Why does it feel like God isn’t answering?” “What am I missing in this season?” This message is for you. 👉 This sermon continues a series on moving from another year to a new year by learning how to prepare for what God wants to pour. God is saying, I don't, like, I don't need you to do a whole bunch. I need you to get in the word. What is the word say? Repeat back to me what the word says. I need you just to testify throughout the day. I just need you listening to music that says what my word says. Amen. And I'm going to take care everything else. I just need you to be focused. Amen. And so I got up this morning. I was here at seven o'clock in the morning. God said, do me a favor, son. I don't need you to be putting all your energy into the solution. But in all things through prayer and supplication, make your, so I say, I don't know what they're going on out. What's going on out there, God, that does not put them at a place of peace, but when they sit in that seat today.
