Anyway, I am totally confused for one reason and one reason only,

because I cannot believe who is now in charge of private credit or who now controls private credit and you

are not going to believe it either so make sure you're sitting down and pouring yourself that

stiff drink because it is definitely, definitely stiff drink time.

So let's get into what I'm referring to.

You guys probably saw my video yesterday where we were talking about cliffwater.

Now, I didn't know this because I was just going through the article in real

time, but I stumbled upon this paragraph, which you guys might remember, where we talk about

the gentleman, Paul Atkins, that was on the board for Cliffwater, who is most recent cockroach

to start blowing up in the private

credit space. And I noticed how it said this guy resigned to do what, become the commissioner,

or excuse me, the chairman of the SEC. So this is putting the Fox in charge of the henhouse. So basically what the private

credit guys do, they say, look, we're doing a lot of shady stuff here. And we don't want to go to jail.

So let's try to pay someone off or let's try to do some favors for people in the Trump

administration or whatever it is to try to get one of our cronies in there in charge of the henhouse

so when the stuff inevitably hits the fan, we don't go to jail.
