don't hire them, don't marry them, don't date them, don't deal with them, don't pay their college tuition, they'd

knock it off.

California has squandered a 100 billion dollar surplus and now they're practically bankrupt.

And do you want to know who he blames or what he blames?

Not himself, not his profligate spending. Oh no, no. Global warming.

Can we explain to Californians how we move from a hundred billion dollar surplus to such a significant deficit in just a matter of a few years?
