Co-teachers and teacher aides are the backbone of every classroom—the calm in the chaos and the ones who keep teachers from completely losing it. They're the snack givers, the sanity savers, and the real MVPs when it comes to keeping lessons (and tempers) on track. In this episode, we're giving them their flowers and sharing the hilarious, chaotic, and heartfelt stories that prove just how vital they are.

From "work husbands" who bring chips and Red Bull at just the right time to preschoolers plotting revenge at nap time, the stories are peak teacher comedy. We also talk about parents who overshare, co-teachers who always have your back, and those moments when whispering is somehow scarier than yelling. It's all the daily madness teachers know too well—served with plenty of laughs and love.

We wrap it up with gratitude and shoutouts to every teacher aide, inclusion teacher, and paraprofessional holding it down every single day. You deserve more credit, more help, and definitely more pay.

And they don't think they need money and they're doing the same amount of work as a teacher and they make nothing. He was making $1,200 a month. So my co-teacher, that's my snack, buddy. Yes. My co-teacher must can look at me and tell my blood sugar low. He'll come in with some chips. Can to be like, hey, co-teachers always have snacks.
