Hello, my level up friends. Welcome back. I'm so grateful that you are here. Today's episode,

I'm not only like, do I feel really deeply about it,

because it's so much more than a topic. It's actually like a fact. It's a truth. It's a

principle. It's a non-negotiable if you want to grow in your life, your leadership and your

I am someone that since I've been on my journey of success as an entrepreneur, 20 years,

I am always reading a book.

And I always want to be really transparent.

When I started my business, I was 36

years old. I considered myself somewhat of a success in life. I was a stay-at-home mom at the time.

I was out of corporate for five years. Prior to that, I had a corporate job. I was always a

competitive athlete. I was great in the job role that I had at the time. I was a

director of training. I never did personal growth. And so when it was first presented to me,
