1:02.9	I for the first time I went up to Scotland for about five days and oh my goodness you'll
1:12.9	hear a lot about it on tea time Tuesday. But I tried to guard myself from any kind of
1:20.0	social media work, life that didn't involve just playing with my family and so I'm just
1:26.8	not getting back in the saddle. But anyway I was thinking about something that I was
1:31.9	on the terrain. You know it's funny because Instagram and for some reason Facebook would
1:39.0	not, we don't know why, it will not post for me right now. So my professional Facebook
1:45.8	page, the real Sally Clarkson, oops is not posting. It might be because I'm living in
1:58.9	another country that was just one of my assistants writing me. But it's not posting for me because
2:05.7	we don't know why and so you'll have to go to my Instagram page at Sally.Clarkson to
2:10.3	see Joyce graduation pictures. But anyway I'm trying to work that out and do other things.
2:16.1	And so I just was thinking about something I wanted to share with you for a very short
2:21.6	podcast today. I think it'll be short. But anyway I was thinking that in the social media
2:29.6	world, this context of where we all are in life, when you look on Facebook or Twitter or
2:40.8	Instagram or any social media place, blogs, you can pretty much choose what you want
