There isn't really a counter force strong enough to prevent these kinds of norm violations from from unfolding and you know maybe the Supreme Court will be it. I don't think

anyone feels certain of that although I've heard many folks say oh it's going to be

9-0 they just won't stand for it.

Well, I'll believe it when I see it.

And even in California, you got the lieutenant governor going out saying,

just comb through every rule and regulation there is and see if you can't colorably

find some reason somewhere that you can interpret and bend to the obvious will of the California regime to get Trump off the ballot.

So, you know, the temperature is rising.

I doubt that the Supreme Court alone is going to be enough to stop one of these twigs from snapping.

They're not load-bearing twigs in isolation.

When you put them all together, you know, you don't get a bundle of sticks that can withstand any pressure.
