Look down at that body.

You were never that one.

I was crucified so you could see this, so you could locate yourself, so you

could see that you are watching who you thought was yourself, not as a practice, not as a

teaching, but as what is already happening. You are already watching. You are already praying. The way is where

you find yourself, going at my speed, in my direction, under my direction. Catch yourself every time you

think you're yourself. Every time you think it's on you, let me pray through you. Let me heal through you. I lay hands

through you, through your words, through your eyes. Stay in the high place. As the upper room,

you've gone beyond yourself. You've come to the blessing. I love you.
