Amen? So we're going to talk about that, but I want to jump right into the word on today.

I've got a message on my heart from Mark chapter 5, verse number 25. And we're going to read a few

verses there, starting at verse 25, ending at verse 29. And it says, and a woman was there who had been subject to bleeding for 12 years.

She had suffered a great deal under the care of many doctors and had spent all she had.

Yet instead of getting better, she grew worse.

When she heard about Jesus, she came up behind him in the crowd and touched his cloak because she thought, if I could just touch his clothes, I will be healed.

Here's what I want to happen for all of us in 24. Verse says immediately let me say it one more time immediately immediately her bleeding stopped

and she felt in her body that she was freed from her suffering.

I want to attach this subject to this scripture in our time together today.

You've got the green light.

So family, recently I was on my way home from a day at the office and I stopped at a red light.

And while I was postured in that position, a text message came through.

Now, typically a strategy, typically I use a strategy for my sanity,

and it is a pathway for optimal productivity for me,

and that is to react and to respond to certain requests in batches.

So I return my phone calls in batches.

I return text in batches that protects my sanity, and it is the pathway to optimal productivity for me.

Sitting in the seat of a spiritual leader, you have to use two sides of your brain.

You've got to use the leadership side, which is strategic and managerial

and monotonous, but then you have to create content each week. So you've got to use the creative

side, which requires a spiritual flow state. If flow state is interrupted even momentarily, studies show that it can take close to 20 to 30 minutes to reenter flow state if you're able to reenter it at all.
