0:38.9	What's going on? What's up, Dave? Glad to be here. This is a fun topic because I think we all
0:43.0	have this realization at some point. I know. I'm surprised it's taken us so long to make a show about
0:48.6	this because this is probably maybe one of the most common questions or just dilemmas I think people have in real estate investing is like you get into the game, which is a huge accomplishment. It's probably the hardest part is just getting into the game. But then you kind of just start asking yourself, what comes next? I don't know what I do now. Do I just keep doing the same thing that I've been doing? Do I try new strategies? Do I
1:11.9	diversify? Do I double down? Do I quit my job? All of these are good questions and it's kind of hard.
1:17.6	So I think that's what we're going to jump into today. I'll just start by asking, did you face this
1:23.1	point in your investing career? Yeah, it was more like a thought process that I was having, but like not voicing out loud.
1:31.3	And then I remember I sat down to lunch with a couple of other investors who were doing more than me and had more property than me.
1:40.3	And I remember one of them said like, so when's the money part happened? And I was like,
1:45.0	oh my God, it's you too. That's hilarious. Yeah, 100% had that thought process. And then it was,
1:53.1	I don't know, there was almost like comfort in the discomfort when he said that for sure. Yeah, I think
1:57.9	that's the money part is a big question. and you sort of run out of cash at some
2:02.8	point.
2:03.4	You start talking to other investors who are doing totally different things.

2:08.8	It's the thing that I've been doing.
