It might be the most important thing you do for your art practice right now. This week, Antrese shares what's been happening inside her own Trust Challenge. What started as cafe sketching turned into filling pages with drawings of her dogs. Just because it made her heart full. Inside that simple choice lives one of the most honest examples ...

practice that is both fulfilling and supports you. So today I want to talk about how, you know,

0:31.9

do you remember when you were a kid you used to draw just because you loved it and you would get

0:36.5

lost in it and hours would go by

0:40.2

and it didn't even occur to you what you were going to be doing with it. Next, you just made the

0:46.1

drawing or you just did the thing because it was so much fun. So I've been thinking a lot about that

0:53.6

because for my trust challenge, what I

0:58.3

decided that I was going to do, I had this plan every day. I was going to grab my sketchbook,

1:37.6

1:56.8

fjords of Chile. And I went to the airport because my visa ran out.

2:06.4

And I just said, what's the next available cheapest flight?

2:10.3

And it was to Buenos Aires.

2:11.4

So that was the first time I ever came to Argentina.

2:13.8

And I just spent the entire week sitting, drinking coffee, watching people walk by and drawing

2:23.1

of them. It's one of my favorite, favorite things to do. And so I thought for my trust

2:28.9

challenge, I'm just going to sit in cafes and draw because it just makes my heart full. I don't even know

2:37.4

how else to describe it. It just makes my heart full. That was the plan. And for a couple weeks,

2:45.2

that's exactly what I did. And then things started to shift. I, well, first of all, what I think is amazing about
