Hi guys, how the heck are you? I've missed you so much it has been about a week and a half since you have heard me

Drop an episode and in that time I have missed doing these shows every day.

It is not I was thinking about it today. I was reflecting on it and thinking

oh you know has it been nice having a break? And no, it hasn't. I haven't been less

stressed. There wasn't, there's no stress that the show adds to my life. It's all good,

and I hope that that it is that way for you I mean I don't know why you would listen to a

podcast that causes you any stress but you know I'm sure you listen to some podcasts

where the person doing them doesn't want to be doing them and I just want to let you know that I

lived without this podcast for a week and a half and I know that I can't live without it. I love

talking to you guys every day. So it's back. It's back for a

limited time. We're going to do a couple months of this podcast during

quarantine. I'm going to keep giving it to you Monday through Friday. I'm going to take

the weekends off even though I probably don't want to. And that's what you're going to get every
