How are you out there? I'm coming in at like a five or six here, mood wise.

Start out like a nine this morning and I was feeling good, got a lot, not a lot done, but I meditated and I had a lot of plans for the day and they're already falling through.

I'm just not really, I went for a run which makes you feel like you're doing something when to me running is like putting off things I don't know if anyone relates to that but that is yes it's nice that I exercise but it truly just feels like a thing to do so I don't have to do anything else.

Yeah, I haven't, I'm still not writing a book, even though I've been talking about writing a book for months.

Now does it really doesn't feel like the time to talk about my like issues with self-esteem

through my childhood in a memoir format.

Not that any time really feels appropriate for that,

but certainly not now.

But what can I say?

I'm getting this done today.

I'll feel good after this. Thanks for all the

positive feedback on the podcast from yesterday. I'm glad you guys are glad that I'm

back. I am so glad to be back to I have so much to catch up on with you this week and I told you in yesterday's

podcast I gave you a list of things I want to hit and we might not hit them all

today but we'll we'll definitely get to some of them because it's,

yeah, I'm trying to live an interesting life
