Ma'am, I gotta tell you, I'm a little rattled today.

There were massive storms here on the East Coast where I live and tornado warnings and giant tree fell right in front of my house. Thank God it didn't hit us.

Well, I'm glad to hear you made it okay. I was actually out of I was I was on the

other side of the country on Monday and Tuesday speaking at Arizona State's

Institute for American Politics which is a great institution.

And I kept on getting all these reports about how bad everything was, and I was flying back on Tuesday

night, so I was a little nervous about whether I'd make it in and every time I talked to my husband he was telling me that the storm hadn't come yet that it was going to start at 1 a.m. on Wednesday morning. Meanwhile, all the places that were

affiliated with were sending out notes about the horrific storm, like school was getting let out early no after school activities

church was cancelled choir practice was cancelled I was pretty sure the storm was happening on Tuesday, but my husband insisted that there was nothing going on.
