Poland will be meeting with Donald Trump. And I just, I think we talked about our visit to Poland

in May. And it was a country I had been mildly interested in, just as one of the many

post-communist countries. And I had had a long time ago some interest in studying the economies

of post-Soviet countries and how they engaged in their adaptation to a market-based economy.

And Poland is doing very well.

It's very hot economically.

It's like the 20th biggest economy in the world

and has had a lot of growth.

They have a very strong, skilled workforce.

They have a lot of different products that they sell internally and also

on the global stage. And it's also been interesting politically. They are a country that has had

much less immigration than their European neighbors, particularly much less immigration from

countries that don't share their same values.

So there is right now, because they share a border with Ukraine, there's a ton of Ukrainian

immigration as they just try to help refugees from that war-torn country, but not a ton

from Africa or the Middle East.

And they also have in this new president a really interesting figure.

He openly campaigned against rampant mass immigration.
