co-host molly hemingway uh editor-in-chief of the federalist is her voices out so we've uh

we've found another hemingway mark hemingway um and mark we were just saying that you know

molly has done this podcast sick.

She's done it on like an hour's sleep.

You know, if she hadn't lost her voice, she would be here, right?

Yeah, that's the only thing stopping this.

And yes, I know I have that sound you hear right now is everybody like shutting off the podcast right now.

Yeah, I realize that Molly isn't't here i feel like you know remember

like george w bush had that supreme court vacancy and he went and uh selected harriet meyers because

she was literally the closest lawyer to the white house uh i feel like that's what happened here uh you know

molly couldn't do it she she walked to my office downstairs and was like hey so you know

hopefully this will uh this will work out.

Let me just say this.

You know, I have immense respect for Molly, obviously.

But I've actually followed you for a longer time and you're writing.

And I think that you're one of the best political writers in the United States.

And I don't hand out compliments very easily.

Yikes.

Well, you know, the feeling is this is certainly mutual.

Should probably start in on this love fest before we get into the meat of the Trump stuff or whatever.

Because Molly told me like she's just like angry.
