How do you feel about these episodes by the way?

Nervous, I get nervous that you're going to ask me questions and I haven't thought about what to say.

But excited, also excited to hear how you answer these questions from readers.

I will start with a personal one from Joy. And a number of people have asked this in different ways, but they wonder as someone who

lives in the DC area in the swamp itself,

is it difficult for you not to go native, I guess is the question.

Like what do you do not to be pulled into the same kind of, you know,

lockstep thinking and lifestyle that a lot of people in DC live? That's a really interesting question. I usually and I and I have been

asked actually by other people like when I'm out speaking on the road why I

haven't gone native like everyone else, so many other people

have in DC. And what I usually say is that it's my church because my husband and I and our kids are very involved in our church and

that's kind of our social community that's our friend set that's who,

and A, they're not very political, like at all,

so that's not what we talk about.

And then also you just have a different central force in your life and I don't even mean by that

God although I do I mean like your order of your week is built around a totally

different a political schedule like when is church when is midweek service what are we

doing to get together to help you know the person who's in the hospital or who's
