Summary

This one is interesting - and worth a consideration! In each of our lives, we go through redundant patterns or cycles. How to break free? First, we have to recognize them! I'm joined by my friend Immy Tariq to talk about patterns in health, money, friends, motivation, and more. These patterns comprise your LIFE, so they're certainly worth a look!

When the money is sitting there and it's stagnant, it's not flowing. Money has to flow because

energy has to flow. Like the river has to flow. If the weather has to stop, what happens? It builds

Hey guys. You're listening to the Big Conversations podcast. I'm your host, Haley Hoffman Smith. I'm an entrepreneur, a best

0:22.7

selling author, and a Forbes most influential speaker. You're in the right place if you're

0:27.2

ready to step into the bigger life that you were destined for because we're about to get real

And we're going to have a conversation that we usually have on phone calls.

0:46.9

And I thought, well, this could technically be a big important conversation for sure

because this is about the cycles and patterns within our lives. But before we get

0:54.9

into that, say hi, Emmy. Hey, how are you guys? I think everyone's really good. But, okay, so let's

1:02.0

talk about cycles and patterns to start. Because what interests me most is that everything is very

1:07.0

cyclical. Like we think about the seasons. Every single year, we have the four seasons. Then we

1:11.5

have our circadian rhythm. So every single day, you know, you're tired at night or you may get

1:16.4

like an afternoon slump. You're hungry at certain times. But something more interesting emerges when

1:21.8

you may go through times of the year or times of the day or times of the week where you're

1:26.6

feeling more sluggish or more excited the week where you're feeling more sluggish or more

1:28.0

excited than usual or you're feeling more depressed or more optimistic than usual. And usually

1:33.8

it's in correspondence to something that happened in your past. So maybe like every single June,

1:38.6

you feel a little bit off because June was the month of the year four years ago that you quit your
