But as we were taping the show yesterday, they, of course,

there was a court date, this

suspect's first court date. And so we got our first look at him in court yesterday attending

by Zoom. I believe that's a bulletproof vest that he's wearing, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me if he's attending from jail,

but formal charges were filed.

And I just, I think there was really nothing to see here until they started talking about

the death penalty.

And he just didn't really seem to have any sort of reaction, remorse, any sort of emotional reaction to the idea that he is facing the death penalty for what he did, watch.

For the court's information, we did file. Just recently within the last few minutes,

a notice of intent to seek the death penalty that was filed by Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray.

So that should be in the court's file.

It just kind of looks down.
