0:42.5	As I was preparing for this sermon, this message, it dawned on me that Valissa and I have been
0:48.9	together since 1997. That's a long time. It's a long time. That's a long time. And I remember when we met, I was really
0:59.0	focused on being a football player, so I had to gain weight. I had to pump the iron, you know,
1:04.4	so I was taking a lot of protein. And, you know, there's a lot of positive benefits of protein.
1:11.4	But there are also some negatives of protein as well.
1:14.6	And I didn't really, you know, I was with my homeboys, when you're football players, you know,
1:18.3	when you start taking a lot of protein, you start, you know, sometimes passing gas.
1:23.7	No worry, I'm going somewhere.
1:25.6	And I never thought it was a problem to Felicia was like, hey, that's, you, whoa.
1:30.3	I said, babe, it's the protein, so I'm trying to get in shape for the NFL.
1:33.7	And because we knew the outcome, she was okay with it for a while.
