We did the thing on the radio and I want to present it here.

Just do the intro similar to how I presented it on the radio, but then I want to take it in a different direction because this is a Christian podcast.

Obviously what we did in the radio, the principles was the same,

but maybe wasn't as explicit as I wanted to be here. A couple years back, a professor at Hillsdale

described to me the difference between progressives and conservatives. And I like this visual. I like

this framework very much. It's the idea of concentric circles.

The innermost circle is you and your family. And then you go another circle out and you have

your neighborhood. Then you go another circle out and you have your country and then another

circle out and you have the world. Right. Conservatives think the best way to organize society and the best way to live your life is to

focus first on your, the innermost circle, and then work your way out.

So you start with you and your family and then your neighborhood and then your country and then the world.

Conservatives think the best way to live life and to organize society is you start

out and work your way into the middle. This is why the left, progressives will call themselves

global citizens. And it's why conservatives talk a lot about the family. I know in our show

we talk a lot about virtue, right? Talk about your

individual person, being a better person. Jordan Peterson talks about cleaning your own room first

before you go on reorganizing society. So you start in, conservative start in and then work their

way out. We want to make America great again, right? You start individual virtue, then build stronger families, then make America great again,

and then that's the best way to lead the world in the right direction.

Completely opposite ways of looking at the world.
