one of the first things we must do is accept that there's a purpose. You see, if you are going

into the day, if you're going into life saying,

I am lost, there's no value for me. I'm worthless. There's nothing for me to do. There's nothing

that will fulfill me. There's nothing that will make me happy. There's nothing that is pleasing to me.

There is nothing. And I understand. You might be hurting. It might feel like there's nothing. You might look at your

life and say, look, this is proof. There's nothing. Everything that I've tried failed, everybody has

let me down. Everybody has left me. It's only been hurt, trauma, pain, loss. And maybe the skill is
