Summary

If you’ve ever felt the world pulling you down into the dark—this one’s for you.

In Episode 154 of With Love, Danielle, we’re talking discernment: why I have a “Good for Me/Bad for Me” list to help me stay grounded, expansive, and connected to my Higher Truth—and why you should too.

Think of it as the spiritual version of an emergency room intake form—a check-in with your soul to help you fill up with Light in these dark times.

✨ Here’s what we cover in this episode:

  • Why discernment is a form of devotion—and a radical act of self-love.

  • What’s on my “Good for Me” list (and what I did this week that I knew was “Bad for Me”)

  • Why sensitivity isn’t a weakness—it’s a superpower when embraced with intention.

This is about listening deeply to what nourishes you, so you can show up more fully for the world.

We’ll close with the Shantideva Prayer: May we be a source of healing, comfort, protection and refuge for others.

Because when you dedicate yourself to supporting others, life magnetizes all the wellness, Compassion, and resources you need.

With Love,
Danielle

I am feeling tender, supported, aware, stretched, and I thought we would go just extra

I want to give you a reading from my latest Sacred Weekends issue,

So I got really exhausted on using my quote newsletter called Sacred Weekends. At one point,

0:42.3

you know, we're up to 200 some thousand subscribers as partially a vehicle for sales. I just want a

place to purely express, connect, and do what I can to, I was going to use the word

0:59.3

elevate.

1:00.5

And then I was going to use the word inspire comfort.

1:06.4

Maybe it's not even about all that.

1:08.2

It's just about love, however that's received.

1:11.2

And I decided, like, just bag the sales in that platform called Sacred Weekends.

1:19.4

I just want to purify it.

Let me cut to my heart-centered day planner for a minute. So I use the weekly version of the planner.

This isn't a cell, by the way, although I will tell you many times in podcasts about things that I'm

offering. But in the format of the day planner, there's a little heart on each day of the week where the intention

1:47.8

is that you do a heart check in. You write a sentence about how you're feeling, your emotional

1:52.8

state, and how I use that space in the planner is I just write two words. And these are my words for this week.

Grief, calm.
