Even if psychology folks were the right link in the chain of results causality, and it's not, to be

clear, behavior is, because behavior is closest to results that we want and

results is what we're paid to do. Trying to understand our directs is wasted. It's a fool's errand. We tell ourselves we can do it. We try. But the fact is a lot of science here. We're terrible at it.
