Coach Bill and I am here with Rachel. How are you doing, Rachel? Doing great. How are you?

I'm excellent. I'm really glad to be here with you today. We're going to talk about the topic of using alcohol for social anxiety in the workplace. And I was wondering if you could just give me a little background. You said that you had a conference coming up. Let's talk about that for just a second.

Yes. So several times a year, I go to these conferences that relate to my job and they're large and involve alcohol quite a bit

at receptions at the end of the day. I don't really feel any social pressure in terms of everybody

else is drinking so I need a drink. That's not the issue. It's more that I feel like I don't belong.

I've got some imposter syndrome going on. So it's more of using alcohol

to get past that and become my usual bubbly self instead of feeling like I don't belong.
