What are we getting wrong with our nutrition today? Like that's a very general question,

but what do you see that what's going wrong with it today? Yeah, for sure. Well, you know, we talked about the seed oils, right? Which were promoted because they were low in saturated fat. So they thought, okay, well, number one, they were marketed as vegetable oils. Okay. And we all grew up, hey, eat your vegetables, right? Vegetables have to be healthy. And if they're a vegetable oil, it must be a really healthy oil. Of course, we know today that they're really toxic. They also have a 680-day half-life in ourselves.
