Can you hear the bird? It's one of the beautiful things about walking early in the morning.

I think I've got daylight.

I don't know if the sun has officially popped over the horizon, but I'm not walking in the dark.

And in this early daylight, the birds are waking up and starting to bird talk with each other, I guess. And it's one of the

things I really enjoy about walking this early in the morning. Birds just seem to be a little

more active. Today is Ava's birthday. If you are a brand new listener to walking as fitness, Ava is my wife.

And she actually could make a claim to having two birthdays. So not just today, June 25th, but yesterday, June 24th as well.

Here's why.

Ava was born in Germany.

Her dad was in the US Army, and he was stationed,

I think it was in Frankfurt.

She was born at 4.30, around 4.30 in the morning

on June 25th. Now Now if you do the math, Germany I believe is at least

six hours ahead of the east coast of the United States. And so when Ava was born at 430 in the morning in Germany on June 25th, it was 10.30 in the evening on June 24th.

So I don't know if they did this, but if her dad, after Ava was born, Ava, by the way, is a twin,

so after Ava and Angel were born, if he had called family

back on the East Coast of the United States and said, hey, we just had the girls, Ava and

Angel, the family members on the East Coast of the United States, they would be answering
