Welcome back to another episode of self-care and chill with Maui. Everybody's

a favorite relationship podcast. I'm past the phase of two of my own horn because

if you hear and you listen and you already know the vibes, you already know this

is you want to be a favorite podcast. You already know whenever I drop an

episode, the girls, the guys that everybody are tuned in, okay? So I want to

give you a little recap of what's been going on with me since the last time

we talked, you know, I had moved. It's been so many different things going on in

my life and this is more like a recap episode along with some advice. But one of

my close friends a few weeks ago, unfortunately, she just suddenly passed away in

that really, really, really, I can't even really put into words how I was

feeling for the last few weeks. Along with me being friends with her sister and

wanting to support her sister, I flew down to Atlanta for the funeral. They gave

her a beautiful home going, a beautiful service. And she loved the podcast. So I was

consistently thinking about that every time we would, I would drop an episode. She

would call me and be like, oh, I just seen a new episode drop. Let me call you back.

And we were making so funny. She wasn't in a relationship or anything, but I

would ask her all the time, like, why are you listening and you ain't going through

none of this stuff. She would be like, I just take what I could get from it. To

anybody who is experiencing the loss of going through grief on a never ending

journey of having like better days than others, I hope that you find peace and

solitude and the good memories and knowing that their spirit is consistently

always around you, reminding you that they love you. Because it's some days
