0:00.0	When it comes to marriage, if you are sinned against or someone fails you, you only have two options.
0:08.0	You either go toward bitterness or forgiveness.
0:10.0	And I believe long before couples fall out of love, they fall out of forgiveness.
0:15.0	When we choose bitterness and unforgiveness, we are literally carrying that around like a backpack on our back.
0:23.5	And it is a huge burden.
0:25.3	And if we don't release that to the Lord, then we just keep adding to that backpack.
0:30.6	And it will weigh us down.
0:32.2	It will keep us from being able to walk straight and see clearly and think clearly and hear from the Lord clearly
0:38.5	because we're so clouded by the weight that's on our back of unforgiveness and bitterness.
0:43.3	Well, it starts to break people.
0:44.7	Yeah.
0:45.1	I mean, we know people that they have been betrayed and some horrible things have been done to them.
0:50.4	But what they're doing is rather than handing it to, who says, come to me all you are burden, weary and heavy laden,
0:56.1	my yoke is easy, my burden is light,
0:57.8	and I'll give you rest for your soul.
0:59.0	They're like, I'll carry this.
1:01.1	You're carrying something that is going to crush you.
1:03.9	And because Jesus loves you, he wants you to forgive them,
1:07.0	and he wants to carry that burden for you.
1:09.5	Yeah. them and he wants to carry that burden for you.
