| 0:55.0 | A great example is just working out to gain muscle. |
| 0:58.0 | When you work out, you're tearing your muscles down. |
| 1:01.0 | You're becoming weaker. |
| 1:02.0 | Your willpower is as well. |
| 1:05.0 | It's when you're in recovery mode that you actually grow stronger. |
| 1:08.0 | And if you don't recover, you just stay down. |
| 1:11.0 | So if you have times of feeling torn down and just worn down |
| 1:14.0 | and it continues, then you're not recovering. |
