1:16.7	that was like the feeling that I got and maybe there's more to it than we think now with a lot of the things that have been going on.
1:25.7	So for those who don't know, Jeremy, would you be able to give us a rundown of what happened in September with YouTube and the FTC?
1:37.0	Sure, a federal judge executed a stipulated order that was requiring YouTube to make a mechanism for creators to designate
1:47.9	whether they were child directed or not under Koppa.
1:57.0	Hey Jeremy, maybe you could explain that like I'm eight. Okay, so there was a settlement agreement entered between YouTube and the FTC that was requiring
2:03.4	youtubers to say whether their content was made for kids
2:06.9	and whether they had to fall under the Kopa guidelines.
