very popular TikTok account at dating coach on-war, where he gives all kinds of tea and just

dispels a lot of myths and a lot of really, really great strategic advice on dating for women.

On-war also works one-on-one with clients, primarily women of color, on how to date with strategy,

how to meet high quality men. And we sat down with Omar and talked a lot about the apps, specifically,

best practices, which apps are the best, how to, he gave a lot of strategic advice. Yes.

He gave a try to do some of this. Reframing. Reframing, I think about how single women should be

out here dating and treating themselves and treating other men. Yes. Stating on the apps.

Yeah. His whole thing is around becoming more selfish and self-centered and doing so you will

attract self-actualized men. And so we had a really, really great conversation with him. I mean,
