We're going through, you know, process issues and I actually learned this from Gary Harper where it's like to scale you need people in process, right?

And you could have great people, but if they're following the wrong process, you won't scale.

And that story is an example of great person, great salesperson, hard work ethic, risk taker, all this stuff and it ended up good but just a simple

process of checking the prelim, you know, getting with the title, doing all, I mean I'm sure there's more.

Yeah, but just that one thing could have saved you a lot, because I bet you you had some stressful days.

100% you know and then boils down to the same thing that Clint was talking about and everyone's talking about because

the emotional stresses you know this is my business I brought my boys out they're going to get a portion of this

as well but nobody cares about your money or your business as much as you so now I'm

hounding my guys you know we're not partners I brought them in to get a portion of

this and so they're not dealing with the

nuances of like how this might completely you know change my life horribly you

know what I mean they're just kind of like am I getting paid like what am I getting

paid you let's go out you know and I'm like dude no like we need to do this but they're like what come on man I'm like brother you know what I mean so it actually ruins some friendships you know what I mean

unfortunately yeah bleeding that personal and professional line because you just dive head

first, exactly what Clint said, you know, with your boys.

And it can, unfortunately, you know, impact things negatively and, you know, a couple years later, they came

back and as they try to start their own

business they realize they're like I'm sorry you know because you understand the

stressors of it so that was really cool it's a happy ending on that but just so

many different things that you forget

that entrepreneurship does for you right away because you are that go to you take all

the punches you're where the rubber hits the road and you have to get thrown into
