And today we are going to be talking about a very important topic in the business world. And that is reviews. Reviews, testimonials,

and I'm talking about when someone writes a good word about you publicly or even privately,

let's say it's on Google or it's on a form you gave them or someone sends you

a text and they're raving about the service that you gave to them or someone even sometimes

like records a video of what you did and just raving about like, oh, this person was so amazing

to work with and I absolutely loved working with them. Really anywhere, anything where a
