Now if you're a little bit skeptical about goal setting you're not alone because maybe

you set goals in the past and they didn't really work or you thought you said

goals and they didn't work and you think that's a bunch of you know kind of motivation

Well, in fact, according to US News and World Report, 80% of people fail to follow through on their New Year's resolutions and in fact most of

them give up by mid-February. I mean that is not very long in terms of how long

people are able to stick with these resolutions and I think this point is

really appropriate as we're thinking about you know how are we going to make

2021 better than 20-20 after, for a lot of people,

2020 was a really tough year, and they're thinking about,

And I think setting goals is one of the big levers to pull.

And I was thinking as you were reading that US News and World Report that 80% of people fail to follow through on their English resolutions, that sounds like a big number, but I think at least 15% of the remaining 20% are lying.
