The Book of James is made up of 108 verses.

An imperative in the command. The Jesus was not just his half brother, he was his lord.

We are continuing this series on the Book of James.

I'm going to read the passage.

We're going to be in a James chapter 4, so if you have a Bible you can flip open to James Chapter 4.

Start in verse 10, and we are going to continue this series where we have been going week by week,

verse by verse through the book of James.

So he says, starting verse 10, if not,

if you don't have a Bible, it'll be up on the screens.

Humble yourselves before the Lord,

and he will lift you up.

Brothers and sisters do not slander one another

or speak evil against one another. Anyone who speaks against a

brother or sister or judges them speaks against God's law and judges it. When you judge the law you're not keeping it but sitting in judgment on it.

There is only one law giver and judge who's able to save and destroy.

It's God. But you, who are you to judge your neighbor? Now listen,

you who say, today or tomorrow we will go to this city or that city spend a year there carry on business and make money

Why you do not even know what will happen tomorrow? What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little

while and then vanishes. Instead you ought to say if it is the Lord's will we will live and do this or that.
