that like rush of adrenaline when you turn a corner and go oh my gosh this is amazing because it felt like

What did we just discover? So has a wonderful discovery.

That is a discovery many people have made millions of times before us.

But it doesn't dampen the feeling or the impact of it on you and you explore and find something for the first time.

It's still discovery.

That's great.

We got a great walk for you today, but first can I just say I love walking and I'm always thinking about it. I'm always talking about it.

It's very annoying to my friends and

family. So I decided to put that energy into this, this podcast, a place where

we can all channel our walking thoughts, feelings, and anecdotes.

For example, recently, today actually, I saw a new dog in my neighborhood.

That was very exciting.

It was like a big fluffy wolfhound husky type dog

with beautiful eyes.

I also saw a row of burger buns stuck across the top of a fence.

Just each little fence post had a burger bun on top of it. It's not natural.

I don't know if birds did that or I don't know what's happening there.

The other day I saw a cat face on the ground. You heard that right, a cat's face, just right there on the ground teeth and everything that's more gruesome
